Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Korean and Japanese citizens can enter visa-free for up to 45 days. Many Western nationalities now qualify for e-visa or visa-on-arrival. ICC Travel can assist with the entire visa process — contact us for personalised advice.

How far in advance should I book my tour?

We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for peak season (December–February and June–August). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is the best time to visit Vietnam?

Vietnam's climate varies by region, so there is always somewhere beautiful to visit year-round. Generally, spring (February–April) and autumn (September–November) offer the most pleasant conditions nationwide. See our Seasonal Guide section for detailed recommendations.

Do you offer private and group tours?

Yes — we offer both private tailor-made tours and small-group departures. Private tours can be fully customised to your dates, interests and budget. Group tours are available for families, corporate teams and travel agencies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and local Vietnamese banking. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure.
